At Cornerstone Ranch we believe in a no debt construction and development policy. This ministry will be financialy self-sufficient. Operational expenses, maintenance and administrative cost will be funded from revenue generated by the ministry center and donations.  

Goals for the development campaign:

Phase I:  Feasibility study, corporation structure and architectural renderings completed and funded by New Life Builders – Praise God!

Phase II : acquiring a support team of partners, donors and capital to secure the site.

Phase III:  The timeline for completion is estimated at twelve to eighteen months after ground breaking.
