1. General Donation Policy We are grateful for your support of Cornerstone Ranch Inc. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headquartered in Arizona, we rely on the generosity of our donors to fulfill our mission.

Generally, all donations made to Cornerstone Ranch Inc. are considered final and non-refundable. The immediate use of funds to support our charitable activities limits our ability to refund donations.

2. Errors in Processing We recognize that errors can happen. We will honor a refund request for a donation if:

• An error was made by Cornerstone Ranch Inc. or our payment processor.

• You accidentally entered the wrong amount (e.g., $500 instead of $50).

• You accidentally made a duplicate donation.

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 15 days of the donation date.

3. Recurring Donations If you have set up a recurring monthly donation and wish to cancel, please notify us at info@cornerstoneranchaz.com. We will cancel future donations immediately. If a scheduled donation is processed before you are able to cancel, please contact us within 5 business days for a refund review.

4. Arizona Charitable Tax Credit Please note that refunds may affect your eligibility for the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit or federal tax deductions. If a donation is refunded, the original receipt is void, and you may not claim the refunded amount for tax purposes.
